Processing Time
All orders are shipped out within 1 - 5 business days of purchase from our studio in Athens, Greece. Once the order has been dispatched you will receive tracking number via email.

Domestic Orders
For all domestic orders we work with DHL Express.
Estimated delivery
Attica: 1- 2 working days
Rest of Greece: 1-2 working days
Distant Areas: 1-4 working days
Pre-Order
All styles which are available to pre-order through our online store, are constructed once the order is placed within 5 working days.
Should there be any delay with your order, Evi Grintela team will contact you via email.
Please note that once the order is dispatched and the courier has processed the shipment we are not able to redirect the package.
We highly recommend you use your work address as deliveries take place Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.
International Orders
EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS is pleased to offer international shipping. When placing your delivery address please ensure all information concerning shipping is correct. We are not able to redirect the package as soon as the courier has processed an order and the order is dispatched. For all international orders we work with DHL Express, FedEx International Priority and TNT Express.
All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes and might be held for customs clearance. Kindly note we have no influence on this process. Non EU-Customers shall be subject to any additional charges that may arise from exchange rate differences, customs clearance, etc., for which our company shall bear no liability.
Please note that some countries have a legislation that allows courier drivers to deliver parcels to neighbors in case the recipient is absent. As we do not have any control for this matter, we highly recommend you use your work address as most courier companies operate Monday – Friday from 9:00 to 17:00.

EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS features a selection of garments produced in Athens, Greece. All possible effort has been undertaken for the garments to be packed and shipped responsibly to the highest standards. You have the right to return your order purchased through our online store in whole or in part within 14 working days from the date you receive it.
Note that custom-made orders cannot be returned.
How to return a product:
Please email us at info@evigrintela.com mentioning the order date and order number make sure your items are returned new, unused and with all EVI GRINTELA THE SHIRTDRESS garment tags still attached. The returned package should also include a copy of the return email and the payment receipt. You can use the return labels which are sent with your order and contact our shipper to arrange pick up.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Following a product return that meets the conditions described in SECTION 4 / RETURNS you may choose to refund or exchange your purchase for a product of equal, lesser, or higher value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be a refund for the difference in price. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of higher value, you should cover the value difference. You will get a full refund (product value) paid to your original payment method within 10 days from the product return.
